- 1 box of brownie mix (approximately 18.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup of nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips and nuts into the mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
