Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.

- In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and coconut extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with coconut milk.
- Fold in shredded coconut.

- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
