- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and coconut cream until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats, shredded coconut, and chia seeds until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a lined baking dish and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
