- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled cheesecake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
