  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 hour.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled cheesecake.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
