- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Next, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, flour, and milk.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 30 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Chill before serving.
Notes
- You can add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers or almond flour.
