  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Next, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, flour, and milk.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Chill before serving.
