Description

Delicious chocolate chip cookie dough brownie bombs that combine rich brownie and sweet cookie dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding the vegetable oil and egg.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cookie dough, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Add a spoonful of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
  6. Top with the remaining brownie batter, covering the cookie dough completely.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
