Delicious chocolate chip cookie dough brownie bombs that combine rich brownie and sweet cookie dough.

- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding the vegetable oil and egg.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cookie dough, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Add a spoonful of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter, covering the cookie dough completely.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- For a richer flavor, add nuts to the brownie batter.
