  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced onions and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the onions are softened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
