- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onions and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the onions are softened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

- For extra flavor, add bell peppers or broccoli.
- Adjust the level of soy sauce for saltiness as needed.
