- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chimichurri sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs drizzled with chimichurri sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the meatball mixture sit for 30 minutes before shaping.
- Serve with additional chimichurri on the side for dipping.
