  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chimichurri sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve the meatballs drizzled with chimichurri sauce.
