- 2 chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the sliced bell peppers and red onion to the grill.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, grilled vegetables, sliced chicken, avocado, and cilantro.
- Toss with your favorite dressing or a simple vinaigrette before serving.
