A delicious and comforting casserole combining chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, and crispy tater tots.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some chopped green onions or parsley on top before serving.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
