Description

A delicious and comforting casserole combining chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, and crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add some chopped green onions or parsley on top before serving.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
