- 4 cups yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add the sliced zucchini and yellow squash, and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
