Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic and chopped mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and season the tops with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
