- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute other types of cheese if desired.
- These bites can be frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time if baking from frozen.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
