- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 1 cup diced apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the caramel bits and diced apples until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Make sure the apples are diced small for even distribution.
