Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed seafood with Cajun seasoning, ensuring each piece is well coated.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned seafood and cook until just opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove seafood from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and seafood to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve the Cajun-style seafood Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
