Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat and stir in the Gruyère cheese, garlic powder, and nutmeg until the cheese is melted.
