- 4 British sausage bangers
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook the sausage bangers over medium heat until browned.
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, and cheese, then mash until smooth.
- Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another pan, sear the ribeye steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Serve the sausages and steaks alongside the cheesy mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding some chili flakes to the sausages.
- Make sure not to overcook the ribeye steak to maintain its juiciness.
