Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 British sausage bangers
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the sausage bangers over medium heat until browned.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, and cheese, then mash until smooth.
  5. Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In another pan, sear the ribeye steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Serve the sausages and steaks alongside the cheesy mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding some chili flakes to the sausages.
  • Make sure not to overcook the ribeye steak to maintain its juiciness.
  • This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables.
