Ingredients
2 red snapper fillets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Rinse the red snapper fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
In another dish, whisk the eggs and milk together.
Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the coated red snapper fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
