- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup pastry cream (for filling)
- 1 cup chocolate ganache (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before filling with pastry cream.
- Using a piping bag, fill the center of each cupcake with pastry cream.
- Top each cupcake with chocolate ganache, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
- Let the ganache set before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for the ganache.
- Make the pastry cream a day ahead for easier assembly.
- Store cupcakes in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
