- 1/3 cup maple syrup

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the madeleine pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and lavender buds.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a stronger lavender flavor, increase the amount of lavender buds.
