- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, diced bell peppers, diced onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tortellini to the bowl and toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kielbasa is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
