- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on the preheated griddle and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle any remaining sauce over the sliced chicken and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
