Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, and black pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
