- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Biscoff cookies for garnish
Instructions
- First, mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a pan and chill.
- Next, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in Biscoff spread.
- Meanwhile, whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Then, fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour over crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Finally, garnish with Biscoff cookies before serving.
Notes
- You can drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top for more flavor.
- Try using mini Biscoff cookies for a fun twist on the garnish.
