  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. First, mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a pan and chill.
  2. Next, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in Biscoff spread.
  3. Meanwhile, whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Then, fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour over crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. Finally, garnish with Biscoff cookies before serving.

Notes

  • You can drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top for more flavor.
  • Try using mini Biscoff cookies for a fun twist on the garnish.
