Beef Kafta Kebabs are flavorful Middle Eastern kebabs made with ground beef, spices, and herbs, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, grated onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion onto a wooden skewer, forming into a long kebab shape.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with rice, salad, and your favorite dips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or allspice to the beef mixture.
- These kebabs can also be cooked on a stovetop grill or in the oven.
