Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Brush additional BBQ sauce on the meatballs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
