- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Brush additional BBQ sauce on the meatballs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
