2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
6 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with BBQ sauce in the last few minutes of cooking.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, corn, black beans, avocado, and cheddar cheese.
Top the salad with the sliced BBQ chicken.
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
