- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice.
