Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
