- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar, then eggs one at a time.
- Mix in the heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and banana pudding mix. Fold in mashed bananas.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust in baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.

- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
- It’s best to use ripe bananas for a stronger banana flavor.
