Description

Delicious and creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars that perfectly combine the flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar, then eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in the heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and banana pudding mix. Fold in mashed bananas.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust in baking dish.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
