Irresistible Banana Caramel Roll Cake for a sweet treat!
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread caramel sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Roll the cake while still warm.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- If you don’t have caramel sauce, use dulce de leche as a delicious alternative.
- You can add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter for extra flavor.
