- 2 ears of corn, husked
- 4 cups mixed greens

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- While the steak is grilling, place the corn on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the steak and corn from the grill and let them rest.
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Cut the kernels off the grilled corn.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced steak, corn kernels, gorgonzola, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then drizzle over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
