  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ⅓ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.

  5. Stir in the sour cream until fully combined.
