Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper to the salmon and mix until combined.
