2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each zucchini round into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
