Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
