- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each cheese ball into the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
