Delicious Apple Enchiladas with a cinnamon twist
Ingredients

- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Fill each tortilla with apple slices and roll up.
- Place in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Pour sauce over the enchiladas.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
- You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top when serving.
- Try using different apple varieties for unique flavors.
