Description

Delicious Apple Enchiladas with a cinnamon twist


Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Fill each tortilla with apple slices and roll up.
  3. Place in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Pour sauce over the enchiladas.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top when serving.
  • Try using different apple varieties for unique flavors.
