Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
  4. Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding different spices such as cayenne pepper or Italian seasoning.
  • Store any leftover chickpeas in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
