- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
- Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding different spices such as cayenne pepper or Italian seasoning.
- Store any leftover chickpeas in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
