- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken cutlets.
- Place the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk before breading.
- Experiment with different seasonings in the breadcrumb mixture for variety.
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
