Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
68 pepperoncini peppers


Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix over the ranch dressing.
Place the unsalted butter on top of the chicken and seasoning mix.
Add the pepperoncini peppers on top of everything.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve this dish over rice, mashed potatoes, or in a sandwich for a delicious meal. You can adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers based on your spice preference.
